LOVELY 5th floor/top floor three bedroom apartment! Flooded with sunshine through the 9 enormous windows. Three rooms in the same apartment. The 26 unit building is clean, quiet and safe. The apartments are all updated and in great condition. The... rooms are similarly furnished will full sized beds and nice furniture in excellent condition. Really dream rooms! Each bedroom has 2 or 3 huge windows in the bedroom. Loads of closet space. Additional extras include window curtains, shower curtains, decorator mirrors, etc. All fabric (slipcovers, shower curtains and window curtains) cleaned before moving in. All high-end light fixtures.

There is a bright, immaculate, six-machine laundry in the basement of the building. Every floor of the building has an indoor closet for tenant’s trash. Twice a week the entire building is vacuumed, the front entrance windows are washed, and the laundry room is thoroughly cleaned. All of the public space surrounding the building is cleaned morning and night. The building is well-secured, and a superintendent lives in the building. Building-related issues are addressed quickly.
