It takes a lot for me to write a glowing review, especially for an apartment building in Boston. This is my exception.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by some of the nicest, most genuine leasing agents I’ve ever interacted with. Sherikaye not only welcomed me with a smile but was also genuinely excited to show me around (and for good reason). Dot Block is a gem of the city, and they should be proud of having built such a fantastic living community.
The pool, multiple coworking spaces,... numerous common areas, eco-friendly and smart home perks, dog run, outdoor public park space, and even free coffee/tea on the first floor are all incredible perks. Not to mention the proximity to the city’s prime nightlife, some of the best restaurants around, and easy Red Line access!
The staff, especially Sherikaye, were extremely accommodating and attentive throughout the entire move-in process, making miracles happen with my tight timeline.
I’ve lived in numerous apartment types, from single-bedroom rentals to other managed buildings, but Dot Block, its employees, and Samuels & Associates should be at the top of anyone’s list! Moving and finding the right apartment is challenging, especially in Boston, but here at Dot Block, I quickly found it to be not just a place to live, but a place to call home.

I moved into Dot Block in May and I love it here. It’s a beautiful property I encourage anyone moving to Dorchester MA try dot block. The property is like living at a hotel in Miami lol. It’s always clean, staff is amazing and helpful. Shout out to Kenge and Chelsea for helping me with everything I needed because it was a quick move and they made it so seamless and easy.
