Summer sublet with option to renew!

I'm looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and respectful to sublet my room this summer. I'm moving out to be an RA this fall so you would have the option to join the lease starting September 1st, and I'd like to sell my bed & mattress to... the new tenant if possible. The room will be partially furnished with a bed, mattress and a wardrobe with lots of space for clothes and things. The room has 4 windows, most of them South-facing so it gets lots of light. Bathroom, living room, kitchen and back deck are shared with 2 other roommates. Flexible move-in date. Laundry in basement. One of my roommates is also interested in subletting so if you have a friend who also needs a sublet we might have another room available! The apartment is very close to the Boston Landing commuter rail stop.
