Summer Room Sublet in Allston Townhouse Available Now

This is a summer sublet available immediately from now to August 31st, 2025, with shorter time-spans than that full June-August time-span available if needed (for example, needing to start the sublet later than June or end it earlier than August).... There will likely be the option to renew for a year-long lease starting September 1st if desired. The sublet is for one bedroom in a five-bedroom Allston townhouse (townhouse is not split into units). The rent is $1020/month plus utilities, but rent can be negotiable for the length of the sublet. There are no fees and no deposit for the sublet. In-person and video house tours are available.
