Sublet in Allston

Looking for 1 roommate to sublet my room in a 5bed 2bath house in Allston beginning sometime in mid-late October/early November (flexible with dates) Sublet ends September 1st, 2026 - Move in date/first months rent can be negotiated.

About the... house:
2 story 5 bed 2bath house in Allston, MA. The house is fully furnished (the bedroom will likely come unfurnished) appliances include in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, heat and shared kitchen appliances. There is free parking in the driveway. The house also has a spacious backyard with a back porch. Rent is $1,012.50/month plus utilties (Utilities are typically around $30-50/month, but can be more during the winter months because of heat) . The weirdly specific rent is due to one of the rooomates having a smaller room without a closet, so rent is $50 less for them and that $50 is split evenly amongst the other roommates. Possibility of lease renewal.

4 undergraduate students at Berklee and Suffolk (3 women, 1 male)

About the Area:
- Safe, busy area where many students live
- Commonwealth Ave and Harvard Ave are within walking distance with restaurants, venues, stores and T stop (Green Line B) also nearby
- Star Market, Stop and Shop & Trader Joe’s within walking distance (All 10-20 minute walks)
