SHARED Apartment Next to Berklee/BOCO w/UTILITIES INCLUDED!

I'm looking for 1 roommate for this 1B1B basement unit for a 1 year lease STARTING THIS FALL (9/1/2026-8/31/2027)!! This unit is a >5 minute walk from Berklee and located right across the street from Boston Conservatory! The total cost of rent is... $3030 a month with Heat, Hot Water, and Electricity INCLUDED!!! You will need to contribute $1515/month +$20/month for internet. Your cosigner(s)/family MUST have good credit and have a yearly salary at least 4x the rent ($72,720+). There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES as I've already lived in this unit with another roommate throughout this past year.

This is a gorgeous and tall unit with a combined kitchen and living room, a beautiful large bathroom, and TONS of storage space including a linen closet in the bathroom, tons of cupboard space in the kitchen, and an incredibly tall walk-in closet with shelving that can store larger instruments, bins and suitcases!

There are newer kitchen appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher) included in the kitchen, along with a garbage disposal. I also brought an air fryer and toaster to use as well!

There is also a large laundry room with an indoor bike pavillon located RIGHT NEXT to our unit! Laundry is $2.50 per wash and can be paid in quarters or with a mobile app using your card! The trash area is also right outside the basement entrance door!

This unit is pet friendly with breed restrictions, however I prefer having no pets in unit, especially dogs.

There is also optional street parking. I personally have my car on residence, so feel free to ask for any advice if you're considering bringing yours!

The unit ONLY HAS 1 BEDROOM, so you MUST be comfortable sharing the room!! Please let me know if you have any inquiries or concerns regarding this! I'm open to negotiation! You will also have access to the entire closet in the bedroom!!

There is an elevator in the building, however, it DOES NOT GO DOWN to the basement as there are only two units down here. Unfortunately, there's barely any ramp/non-stair access to the unit except for one part of the alley where the garbage is located.

There is also an intercom device by the main door inside the unit that we can use to unlock the front door and/or talk to visitors out front if rung!
