Private Room in 4BR/2BA Brookline Apartment – Sublet or Lease Takeover (Jan–Aug)

Looking for someone to take over my lease from January 1st to August 31st (flexible for sublet or official lease takeover). The apartment is a newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with updated flooring, bathrooms, and kitchen. You’ll be living with... three male roommates who are kind, friendly and graduating in May.
The apartment has a large common area, a spacious kitchen, and a porch. Central AC and heating included. Kitchen tools and shared items are already available in the space. Big new dishwasher. FREE washer and dryer in the basement.

Utilities: Not included in rent.

Transit: 2-minute walk to the C Line and 5-minute walk to the D Line—very easy commute to Berklee.

Location: Quiet Brookline neighborhood close to Star Market, CVS, cafés, and restaurants.

Lease Options:
– Sublet with a written agreement
– OR join the official lease with the landlord’s approval

Bedroom: The room is furnished. All furniture— including an electric height-adjustable desk, chair, piano with bench, dresser, bed frame, mattress, and two lamps — is available for purchase separately. Everything shown in the photos is what’s currently in the room.

Also happy to discuss household habits during the tour! Give me a call :)
