Ideal location; in particular MGH, MIT, Tufts Dental, Emerson & Suffolk are all within walking distance; Harvard a short ride on the "T", other schools a bit further, but along the Green Line. Bicycle storage available in basement, property of... the Association, not part of my property.
There are three separate, unique and individual rooms available; two at $2,100 per month, the larger is twice as big, bit more than 300 square feet, corner with 2 windows east, bay window facing north, N/W & N/E... $2,200 per month.
These amounts are all inclusive of Wi-Fi, heat, hot water & electricity; there are no additional expenses!
Bathroom is shared with only one other person.
Long term stays preferred; 5 months, 8 or even longer!
All part of a private condominium home, total of 2000 sq. feet. Located on the top floor of six levels, elevator, common roof deck.
All new appliances installed in recent years.
High ceilings throughout. Gentle use of kitchen, living room and dining room. Owner resides elsewhere, but is available.
Secure and very quiet building which was originally built as a full-service apartment hotel. MGH main entrance is a 6 minute walk.
Best neighborhood!
Overlooking the Charles River, MIT in plain view from the roof deck; Esplanade Park and high-rise MGH buildings.
