One room for summer in a 5 room apartment. Near Berklee/Northeastern and green line T stop

Looking for one tenant that can replace me on the lease for summer. It is not a sublease. It's an apartment with four other flatmates, splitting a joint lease.

The room is a big room facing Haviland St., with natural sunlight coming through the... small windows. It has a closet, and I'm leaving a desk and a mattress (no bed sheets). The apartment is split in two levels, the bottom one has 4 bedrooms and the bathroom, the upper one has the kitchen and entrance.
There is a tenant switch fee of around $1200, plus last month and security deposit (+ $3000). Electricity and WiFi are not included in the rent.

Looking for responsible and clean tenants that keep noise to a minimum, especially in the night.

I prefer contact through mail, but text message is also okay.
