Living at Malden Square apartments was such great experience . I can’t stress enough how helpful all the staff are. I was nervous since living here was my first renting experience but the help I received while living there made it as smooth as possible and stress feee. Every maintenance request was solved very quick and they always did an amazing job. Also a great location to walk to so many restaurants in the square!

Melissa and Zuilda make living at Malden Square stress free! They’re always around to answer questions and help us with any concerns we have. My wife and I feel very listened to and - things actually get done. Mike from maintenance is so nice and always available to help. Can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Living at Malden Square Apartments has been an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just steps away, and the building itself offers great amenities.
What truly makes this place special is the incredible management and maintenance team. Zuilda and Melissa go above and beyond to create a welcoming community through fun resident events, always making sure we feel at home. Their friendly, open door approach makes it easy to connect and share feedback. Anelis, the... newest team member, brings great energy and positivity, making interactions even better.
Michael, our maintenance supervisor, is outstanding always responsive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is in top shape.
This team’s dedication, warmth, and professionalism make Malden Square a fantastic place to live. Highly recommend!

I have had an excellent experience at Malden Square Apartments. The facilities are consistently being refreshed and there are opportunities to share feedback for how to make things even better. The Property Management Team, including Zuilda, Melissa, and Anelis are always available and set up engaging community events throughout the year. I've also gotten timely support from Michael of the Maintenance Team. I would recommend this apartment complex to those looking to live in Malden Center.

Halstead Malden Square provides a nice, comfortable living experience right off from the MBTA Orange Line. For the rental rates, the amenities are a great value and cover anything you’d expect (with a fitness center that is much larger than those at comparable developments).
Melissa and Alison, with the on-site property team, are both very friendly and helpful. They host community events regularly and seek out ways to improve tenant experience.
I would recommend considering Halstead if you’re... relocating to the Malden area!
