Hi everyone!

My roommates and I are looking for 1 more person to join our 4 bed 2 bath furnished apartment in Brighton area! We’re looking for people to begin leasing with us in August 2025 through July 2026.

Rent per person will be $912 First,...
last and a deposit will be needed for the lease agreement to be finalized as well. The cost of utilities per person varies between seasons, but can range between $40 to $70 per month (electric, and wifi and shared items in apartment). Gas and water is included in the rent

Our place is a 1 story walk up with a furnished common area, furnished kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, counter space, stovetop and oven), window air conditioners, gas heating, and a storage pantry is available for all to use. Bed and Bathrooms may be decorated, renovated and/or painted as you wish.

We’re a 3 minute walk to Sutherland stop, and 6 minute walk to Washington Stop on the B Green line. Additionally 3 minutes away the closest bus stop and a 10 minute walk from Washington station on the C Line as well. We are also walking to Whole Foods, a Stop and Shop and lastly 4 stops away from the Trader Joe’s on Beacon St. Parking is available for residents behind the apartment with additional street parking according to city restrictions

I will like to emphasize that this is a safe space for any and all people regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, racial and ethnicity. We value inclusion and support of each other.

DM me and or ask for my Instagram if interested ☺️
