Cottage close to campus

The place is literally right across campus, it’s right next to the Berklee dorms 12 Hemenway so it’s like a 2 minute walk to class for the main campus and there’s a corner store (symphony mart) right next door. It’s a small two bedroom one bath... apartment, one of the rooms is slightly bigger so whoever would get that room would pay about $100-200 for the bigger room but we can absolutely discuss that when the time comes. It’s cozy, there’s no living room but there is a kitchen. Both the rooms have windows that can have air conditioning units installed in, which the apartment complex would install for us if we asked.
