Excellent neighborhood... and easy 10 minute walk to either the B line or C line (green line). Walking distance to Boston College and close to Boston University.

The other 2 roommates (male) are/have been students of Berklee and they are looking for a tidy subletter (any sex). I’m moving to another state and won’t return to this apartment before the lease expires 8/31/26. The full size mattress, bed frame, desk, chair, and ottoman can be yours free of charge upon request, as long as you remove them before the lease terminates.

This Apartment is perfect for study abroad students looking for a place to return this summer before getting into a new apartment in September. Also perfect for anyone who wants to visit Boston during the beautiful summer months.
