YOUR ROOM:

-- Great closet space (there's also two more big closets in the living room if you need even more space)

LIVING ROOM:

-- Long open storage shelving underneath the TV
-- Hard wood floors
-- HUGE MIRRORS -- our landlord loves mirrors and we've got a huge one in the living room, at least one huge one in each of our bedrooms, and another big one right by the front door so we can look at our outfits on the way out.
-- Beautiful big glass kitchen table with four chairs-- all included.
-- This isn't the living room technically but there's a huge shoe rack right by the door as well that's included.

KITCHEN:
-- Decent sized kitchen with tons of pantry space (plus a lot of space above cabinets)

-- We've got a great deal of kitchen supplies already

BATHROOM:

-- You've got your own towel rack and mirror cabinet space

LANDLORD / other important notes:
-- Our landlord (Dyan) is the best-- the only thing you have to keep in mind is that she'll talk your ear off (but that's not a problem because it's almost always amazing advice that she's giving)
-- She fixes things within 24 hours almost always
-- Gives you quarters for laundry (very fast & reliable)
-- Is almost always around, and if she isn't, Lorenzo is the superintendent and lives in the building (he's super kind + friendly)
-- THE BUILDING IS 95% WOMEN / AFAB PEOPLE!! The environment is so friendly and feels so so so so so safe.

Additionally:
The earliest date you can move in is in May, but you also have the option to move in later and start on Sep 1st and do the regular 1 year lease period then. We have the option to sublet for the summer then to start your lease because we have the room available and would love to keep it easy and have the same person be in the space, but let us know if you're either interested in subletting for the summer, starting your lease in the fall, or both!
