Berklee-adjacent apartment in need of 1 roommate for Sept 2026

we are in need of 1 person to fill a room in our 3 bed at 38 Hemenway!
rent includes water and heat, and utilities (electricity, internet, gas) are roughly $20-60 maximum per month--depending on the season and usage. we have laundry access in the... basement of the building, an elevator, garbage and recycling disposal. we live on the 2nd floor, so only one small flight of stairs up. all of common areas would be fully furnished (microwave, fridge, table/chairs, bean bag, carpets, shoe rack, etc). the vacant room dimensions are approx. 15ft x 10ft, and it features a beautiful bay window area, private closet, and heater!
