I hope you can improve the smell of the gym. It's too pungent. And I think the smell is harmful. I had this smell when I came to visit the house in May, which was understandable at that time. But now I've been living in the house for more than a month and it's been five months since I toured the house and the smell is still strong. Every time I go to the gym, all I see are the closed Windows, and I wonder when the smell will go away. I actually went twice, and each time I couldn't stand the... smell and I opened all the Windows in the gym. But the truth is that the next time I went to the gym, every window was closed. Please do something to make the smell go away quickly.

We love our new apartment . The community, and the entire staff has been extraordinary helpful. The experience for us so far has been awesome. We love the amenities; outdoor patio ,gym, and common areas. We look forward to future events with our new Alder community.

The staff and amenities are amazing! It’s in a prime location as well. The studios are spacious as well. High tech appliances and great views from my window. Love it here so much!

Our move has gone by smoothly. The staff have been very helpful and attentive. Always happy to help and effective when needed.
The facilities are new and taken care of. Some kinks are still being worked on, but knowing someone is taking care of them helps.
