There is a bright, immaculate, six-machine laundry in the basement of the building. Every floor of the building has an indoor closet for tenant’s trash. Twice a week the entire building is vacuumed, the front entrance windows are washed, and the laundry room is thoroughly cleaned. All of the public space surrounding the building is cleaned morning and night. The building is well-secured, and a superintendent lives in the building. Building-related issues are addressed quickly.
