Fully furnished. All inclusive Apartment Living.At 525 LINC, we provide it all. The only thing our apartments are missing is you. Rent a traditional studio apartment, or choose a by-the-bedroom option in one of our 3- and 4-bedroom apartments. No... matter which option you go for, all of the apartments are fully furnished right down to the pots and pans. We'll even tidy up with a bi-weekly cleaning service for the shared spaces. When we say all inclusive we mean it. A stay at 525 LINC means no utility bills either. We even furnish each living area with a flat screen TV and streaming service.

Excellent living conditions! Everything is spotless. All of my move-in requests were granted by Chris. Maintenance needs are always covered by Rob and Paul in a prompt manner. I love it here and everyone is so friendly!

Spacious, Clean, Transit Access & Parking

I love the apartment I stay in with my 2 roomies it is very spacious and brand new. Cleaners come biweekly to maintain and the 66 bus is a ten minute walk up the road into the city and main strip where liquor stores, karaoke, grocery stores gyms and weed dispensaries are. There is a garage for all residents available so you don't have to shovel out your car in the snow :)

Compact, plush urban living — great staff!

Staff are extremely helpful. Chris in management and Edgar in maintenance stand out as folks who actively look for ways to help residents, and they go the extra mile! I love how climate-conscious the building is, and the many comfortable and useful common areas — the rooftop deck being my favorite, but the co-working spaces are also much appreciated.
And it’s so great if you use cycling to get around the city — there’s a locked indoor bike room and Blue Bikes station on premises. A really great... base for urban living, where you don’t have to worry about furniture, utilities, or nearly anything else!
