This is a single room for lease in a quiet neighborhood near the Griggs St T stop on the Green line. Roommates are all guitarists currently attending Berklee and are all very nice people! The room for lease has a closet within the room, 2 windows,... and a queen sized bed and corner desk included. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers in the unit and a large kitchen and large open common space which includes a kitchen table and couch. There’s room for extra storage in the basement where there is 2 washer and 2 dryers free of charge. The upstairs neighbors are very friendly and there is a nice front porch to enjoy the summer!
