All utilities including gas, electric, heat, wifi and water are included for the length of the lease until 08/31, after that if the lessee wants to renew then utilities are going to have to be paid for by the residents in the unit and rent would be charged 7,000 split between all residents living in the unit.
The bedroom that is to be sublet is included with a nice sized closet, in the bedroom there is a desk and sofa-bed purchased by me that is going to be included and can either be kept by the lessee or given away/thrown out after the sublease ends.
