Been living at 125 Warren St for about three years, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartments are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with updated appliances. Joe is wonderful—he’s friendly, communicative, and always addresses any issues right away. Highly recommend!

I lived in the apartment for about 3 years since it was first built. The place is amazing, very well kept and spacious. Joe does a great job at keeping the place maintained and is always responsive whenever we needed help/had any questions. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!

I loved living in this updated apartment in Boston! The space is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and my puppy and I always felt right at home. The landlord, Joe, is very kind and highly responsive—any time I had a question or needed something, he was quick to help and truly cared about my experience as a tenant. The neighbors were just as wonderful! I made some great friends during my time here, which made the community feel warm and welcoming. Safe and convenient parking was another huge... plus. As well as proximity to Downtown, South End, Back Bay, Fenway, and 93. I’m so grateful for my time here and already miss it. If it wasn’t for a new job in another state I would have stayed longer. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live in the city!

I've lived here for the past year, and I'm very pleased with that decision! The landlord is kind, accommodating, and responsive, and the appliances (with regard to the kitchen, bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer) are modern and well-functioning. Access to the building, individual apartments, and mailroom is secure but also easy, and the garage parking is very helpful. The patio is also a great place to spend time in the warmer months and host gatherings. Within walking distance, there is a gym, a... small grocery store, some restaurants, and access to public transportation via Nubian Square. BMC itself is only a 20 minute walk away. Overall well worth the price!

Bottom line up front: This is the best landlord I’ve ever had. Responsive, understanding, and present. The unit was gorgeous, an amazing size and quality for the price, and I had no issues the entire time I lived there.
I moved to Boston from Texas, and I had a short time to visit Boston and select an apartment. Joe was the most responsive person out of all of the apartment listings I reached out to. The tour was great, he answered all my questions, and help guide me through the application... process. If I remember correctly, I got an approval the same day.
My move into the apartment was seamless. Joe was present, helped my dad with parking our U-Haul, and was communicative with me in the month prior to the move and the day of the move.
My time at 125 Warren Street was amazing. No problems with the building. The garage parking is a great add. The amenities and common areas were luxurious and well kept – you will often see people cleaning the halls, and always at reasonable times. You’ll even see Joe taking care of the units himself, whether it’s taking out the trash, putting up packages, or replacing your air filter.
I have not, and do not know anyone, who has experienced this level of attentiveness and care from a landlord. If the gorgeous units and amenities don’t convince you the price is worth it, then consider the service and security of having a landlord who cares. This is how apartment living should be.
