Just listing this because roommate is moving out as he's completed his PhD at NEU, and I'm looking for someone to take his place in the lease.

Unit is on the third floor, building is located right across the street from the MFA and the Khoury CS... building. Nearby is the Northeastern gym/Wolly's, the Northeastern T stop, the fens, etc. Beautiful area, honestly. The building is well-managed, laundry machines in the basement function great and are not too expensive, and heating is not really an issue in the winter. No elevator, though. Rooms come with radiators that are manually adjustable and do the job just fine. Utilities (electricity/gas/internet) are usually like $40-$70/month per person (not included in rent), so nothing to worry about in terms of insane Boston electricity prices. And, just to clarify, rent is $1525/person.

I know this is going live on here pretty late, so don't hesitate to call for clarification on anything else you wanna know, or even to schedule a tour as soon as possible. And I also know that I haven't put enough photos here for you to get a proper sense of the room, but I'm waiting on more from my roommate and will update the listing with them in the next day or two.
