looking for female summer sublet (jun, jul, aug!! right next to berklee

i am looking for a female preferred roommate to sublet for me! kat (one of my current roommates) is a (newly) boston conservatory alum who loves to cook, watch movies and occasionally play heated games of song association. my other roommate is... possibly also subletting for the summer.

the room is the largest in the house, complete with a built-in closet. our unit features IN-UNIT LAUNDRY & a DISHWASHER which is obviously super convenient. we are on the FIRST FLOOR of our building on CLEARWAY ST right by berklee (and also tatte ;)) so we are only a walk away.

please note, our apartment is FURNISHED-- however, i would optimistically like to take all of my belongings out of the room, which would leave you with a mattress and bed frame (but i am willing to discuss leaving things for the summer if you need, like my desk, piano, clothing rack, etc.) our lease ends on august 31!! i will not be renewing but the apartment is currently available if you wanted to stay and find roommates for the upcoming year!

contact me (grace) at 240 674 7981 for more info!
