Huge room for sublet in an apartment right next to Berklee- Very cheap wrt Location

Hi folks! I am a recent Berklee graduate looking to sublet my room in a Commonwealth Ave apartment, just 2 min away from the Hynes T stop and about 4-5 min from Berklee through the back entrance from June to August. The rent is 1240/mo and the... deposit is 1081. It’s a huge room for the pricing and is a catch for the location and convenience you get. Both of the room mates are students- one of them is a badass Berklee musician. If you want, I will also just keep my furniture setup for you instead of throwing them away. Hit me up!
